The Charter Client is responsible for providing the following passenger information for each passenger at its earliest opportunity, and no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date & time of departure for the first flight of a requested trip. Any delays in providing such information may result in the delay of departure or possible cancellation of the trip in accordance with our Charter Agreement (Early Termination: Flight Cancelation Policy). 4. How We Share Information
Salesforce (system of record): All data described above is stored in Executive Aviation Group's Salesforce environment. Salesforce acts as our data processor/hosting platform; it does not use your information for its own purposes.
Executive Aviation Group staff: Authorized staff can access trip, flight, and passenger information as needed to operate flights and serve clients, consistent with their role.
Other passengers/crew on the same flight: Passenger and crew names, and for crew, mobile phone numbers, may be visible to other passengers and crew booked on the same flight, so travelers can identify and coordinate with one another. Government ID images and dates of birth are not shared with other passengers or crew — Executive Aviation Group staff.
Service providers: We use Vercel to host the web application and process requests; App Store/TestFlight (Apple) and equivalent platforms to distribute the mobile app. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Executive Aviation Group, our clients, or others.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Data Security
Web sessions are protected by an encrypted, secure session cookie.
The mobile app stores your authentication credentials in your device's secure hardware-backed storage (Keychain on iOS), never in plain text.
All communication between the Service and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Access to trip, flight, and passenger data is scoped to your own trips (as a passenger or crew member) — you cannot see trips or passenger information for other clients.
Government ID photos are served only to users who are authorized to view them and are never cached or stored on your device.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active with Executive Aviation Group or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (including aviation recordkeeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contact us at support@execshares.com if you'd like to request deletion of your information, and we will respond consistent with applicable law and our recordkeeping obligations.
7. Your Choices & Rights

8. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for use by adults booking or managing travel. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Passenger information for a minor traveling on a flight (e.g. date of birth) is entered by an authorized adult (the trip requestor or Executive Aviation Group staff), not by the child.
9. International Data
Our systems and service providers are located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
